I forgot the episode, but Ruben asked Keith if he liked girls, Keith gave him a WTH look and stated yeah. Maybe I am wrong, but there was a subtle questioning of his romantic interests. Perhaps, I am reading too much into this, but why would he ask him that. On Youtube, there is also a rare behind the scenes footage of the cast cursing during rehearsals.

shareYeah he did, I have been watching the show on YT and DVD. I recall him dating a flight attendant once. He was also engaged, but ended it because his fiancee did not want kids.
