Great Theme Song

I always thought the music for this show was outstanding. I'm surprised it wasn't taken and used for another series or movie considering it was only a very short run TV series and probably wouldn't have been remembered by the vast majority of people.

Unfortunately the TV series wasn't as good as the pilot, IMO. I've watched 6 episodes so far and as someone who already posted said it was very similar to The Fugitive. One of the problems, IMO, was that Maitland, who replaced Braddock in the series, just wasn't as creepy as Braddock. Braddock was more in the mold of a Howard Hughes and Maitland was just some corporate guy in a suit. Plus he didn't seem that sick or that old for that matter. And the guys that Maitland hired were just generic guys in suits too. They just didn't seem that threatening.

Plus the whole thing of him looking for his brother might have worked if they were separated at birth but they apparently were raised together in the orphanage til 15 (I think). One episode I saw had him finding his brother but he doesn't know what he looks like! Ben was supposed to be 43, so he might not have seen his brother in 25 years or so but I'd think you could tell if someone was your brother. Plus they gave the brother amnesia! Just think that whole thing could have used a little more work or maybe they should have dropped it. Maybe have him raised in an orphanage and his mother having another kid years later?

I can understand in developing a TV show you have to give your character a mission, in The Fugitive he was searching for the one armed man to prove his inocence, but for The Immortal, trying to find his brother, didn't seem to work for me. I think he needed another mission. Maybe having him learn that there's another immortal and he's trying to find him or her and all he has is a photo and a name.

I think I may be beginning to disappear. Away From Her
