I think that, given the small but dedicated following 'The Goodies' has established for itself, there is a lot less merchandise, DVDs, information and other attention devoted to it than I would have expected. There should be more I tells ya!

I mean... the Goodies has quite a large 'cult' type following, yet there is hardly any conversation about the Goodies on imdb... i just found that odd.

Yes, I see what you mean now. I thought there'd be long threads and comments discussing best episodes, quotes, which is the most popular Goodie, etc, etc. The sort of thing you see on the Monty Python boards. But, although some of these topics have been discussed, there's not actually much dialogue going on.
I'm having an interesting beginning-of-a-discussion about what episodes should be included on the next DVD (chould they release another - touch wood) with someone called 'world-of-weird' on another thread titled 'Worst Episode?'. Should a few more people join the debate, it could be fun, so I invite you to come put your two cents worth in.
If you'd rather not join that convo, pick a topic, any topic, and we can talk about it right here. Perhaps we could discuss my theory that Goodies fans are superior examples of human and generally better than everyone else? ;)
