which version of kitten kong did I see

I used to watch the goodies on tv here in the US. in the 1970s. According to everything I read, there is no way I could have seen the original version since the original was wiped before the series was sold to the U.S and only the montreaux version was shown here and is the only version currently in existence. However, the version posted on you tube, supposedly the montraux version is definitely different than the version I seen on American tv in the 1970s. So either I seen the montreaux version on tv and the youtube posting is the original non-montreaux episode (unlikely) or else the youtube posying is the montreaux version and I seen the original version on American tv in the 1970s (more likely) The verssion I saw ran thee standard length of goodies episodes and I had seen the kitten kong episode several times on tv in the 70s..
