SOLVED Episode where guy on radio describes Goodies as nasty people?

The Goodies did something bad, and the guy on the radio was saying how it must be some really nasty people who would've done what they did. I don't remember anything else, just that it was funny how the radio announcer said the words.

Does anyone know which episode this was?

The episode is "Gender Education", sometimes called "Sex and Violence". It's the one where they make a movie for Mrs. Desiree Carthorse entitled "How To Make Babies By Doing Dirty Things".
