Did you notice a laugh track in the show?

I noticed that there was a laugh track in the show, despite the fact the show was taped in front of a live studio audience. Whenever "laughter" erupts, the live audience is usually silent. It's just like the canned "boos" on WWE Smackdown.

I don't mind laugh tracks on shows that were made before 1980, but I can't stand them on today's shows.

I noticed this too. I have the Flip Rhino retro dvd and you also hear clapping at times yet no one in the audience is clapping.
