Why Sparky looked like a bug, when all the other bugs looked like humans? :)

Not sure, but I think the Bugaloos were supposed to be half bug and half human hybrids

He sounded like Frank Fontaine (the lion in a few Huckleberry Hound, Pete Puma who was Bugs Bunny's friendly enemy..not Fontaine., akla Crazy from jackie Gleason, b ut dame voice.
