Nice link, I'd of loved to of seen Schwarzenegger in a World War II action movie, too bad he'd of been a Nazi though!
shareI always wanted to see Arnold and Stallone do a WW2 movie together. Stallone is an American and Arnold is a German with anti-Nazi sentiments who winds up working together with Stallone.

It's a true story, but the blurb from the book makes it sound like a pulp action novel:

That would be a good story to film definitely 👍
shareI don't know who could do the roles justice now. Sly and Arnold can still make good action pics, but people might not buy them as active officers in WW2.
shareSly could maybe pull it off as he's just done Rambo 5. They'd have to be high ranking officers if it was to be done though. Some hands on Generals or Colonels.

Not if they're fed-up Germans willing to fight the Nazis. Remember, not all Germans were Nazis or supported the Nazis; similar to the way not all modern Americans are liberal fascists or support liberal fascism.
