My Favorite Scene

Right near the beginning when Rock Hudson tells the carpetbagger "Yo' traysh!" and "This land is not f'sayul, not nayuh, not next yayuh, not evuh!"

I like Rock's accent because he sounds like a southern gentleman. So many lesser experienced actors will use an accent sounding like a black man of this century. This is by no means a racist comment, only that I notice how different the two sound.

The ending SUCKS!
