Did he kill her or not? I'm quite sure he did, but the very end is still highly confusing because it doesn't look like the scene of her walking the dog is seen from his perspective at all (her having a dog and all seems way too real; the reality of the meeting of Wanda's mother for instance felt a lot less certain).

No, he didn't kill her. When an officer opened the fridge, there were nothing but some pieces of cloth smeared with red paint in there and shortly before they took him into the car, he attacked her.
