Who owns the rights to this great film?

The currently available DVD, while better than nothing, is an abomination. An unbelievably faded print that looks like the worst ever VHS copy imaginable. So who can we Altman fans bug to get a proper version of this on to DVD?

Why I did not read your comment first. Just finished watching DVD. It looked foggy, has no sharpness and colors are crap. I tried adjusting colors, contrast, brightness, sharpness everything, but it is still not very clear. Looks like someone recorded TV airing on VHS tape and then converted into DVD.
