cold day in the park

I was just thinking, since I live in the city where this movie was filmed,I know of the areas. the park ,the hotel, which was called the 'belmont'and since had a fire which destroyed two top floors shortly after filming. and the theatre row area, where she goes strolling down'granville street' in the grey, wet hours of the night awashed in the neon lights.[a great sense of what vancouver was in those days] which have all changed since then, one thing that did catch my eye was the large round art deco 'coffee table' which was in the film and located in the living room of her house,I alwas wondered what ever happen to it? many years ago I found it in a second hand store in the gas town area of town.if only I had the money and space ,it was really some else to see it in person..a really great film, Iwill miss sandy.

How much did they want for the table and when did you finally discover it. It's so unusual, I thought it was a hotel lobby at first and they seemed to use it as a coat rack. Was it too big to use in many foyers? Is that why it didn't get snatched up?
