What happened to Jeremy after Lucy bit him?

Did he become a vampire? Did he just die? Was he a forgotten plot point?

I litterally just got done watching the film and wow, I didn't not like it but I have so many problems with it, this being one of 'em. I could be wrong but I think they said they locked him up in the following conversation with the inspector (I could be wrong), however it dosen't really make any sense for him to just go under mind control after being bitten, not even by Dracula. And if Lucy was a vampire how did he kill her the way he did? Ugh...of the three posibilities you cite I honestly think it was probobly a combonation, it really wasn't elaborated on very well (along with like a million other things...).

You're right! This movie was awful. I'm just amazed that someone showed up here to give me a reply.

Photos exist of Martin jarvis with fangs in for the film. I assumed he becmae a vampire and died an agonising death in his cell come daybreak.

I wouldn't say the movie was awful but for a Christopher Lee Hammer Dracula film it felt like kind of a waste, since I hear they broke off continuity after this film. Dracula Has Risen from the Grave was more low key but it was overall good, and this one just was full of holes. Plus all the vampires seemed weak and powerless.

@ chrismartonuk-1: Thats probobly the most plausable solution; they way the film goes about it it's like we're not supposed to care though, which is a little annoying but still.

Dracula's revenge would have been complete if Jeremy had killed his own father and then died himself, so i think he becamse a vampire too, and then was destroyed some other way later..

I think i recall Jeremy's father saying something like "oh god, not you!" - or something along those lines, just before Jeremy killed him, meaning that he had become a vampire..

Jeremy was enslaved by Lucy. A kind of 'pet' for her really. Dracula could have killed him, as he was not going to let anyone be around after they served their purpose. Like he did with Lucy.

The police inspector specifically stated that they had him locked up.
