I think a sequel is needed NOW

Virgil should be released from prison, in today's society - and let Allen just go all out and make one last REALLY funny, silly movie. This movie is probably the only one that should have a sequel.

Anyone agree?

You Suck...now deal with it.

Yes! I bet it would be cool to see the elderly Allen character look at cell phones and video games and computers with awe.

Job interviewer: "Do you have any experience operating a high-speed digital electronic computer?"
Virgil: "Yes, I do."
Job interviewer: "Where?"
Virgil: (pause) "My aunt has one."

Wouldn't it be wonderful that when and if Allen decides to retire, a sewuel to this would make a perfect bookend to his career?

Don't count on though, since he's often been disparaging about his early films being "trivial".

reply

True. Woody Allen never looks back on his past work. He is too busy just moving forward to his next projects.
