DVD info

I know there are two DVD versions of this film available. There is a region 2 NTSC Japanese DVD w/ Italian & French audio as well as a region 2 PAL French DVD w/ French audio. Some of the reviewers have stated that they saw this film with parts of it in English. So my question is, does anyone know if there is an English language version of this movie available on DVD? I've looked and those are the only two versions that I have found.
