Why was Daliah Lavi dubbed?

Have just seen this yesterday, I couldn't understand why they dubbed Daliah Lavi. She has a very appealing voice that was heard in "The Silencers", "Ten Little Indians" and "Casino Royale". Whoever dubbed her wasn't bad but since Miss Lavi had already had something of an international film career by 1969, I couldn't understand why they did that.

I couldn't agree more! WHY dub that amazingly alluring and exotically sexy voice of Ms. Lavi's? A MAJOR BLUNDER ON THIS FILM'S PART I SAY!
