Can it really be that bad? That's the lowest rating I've ever seen ...It has a good cast and the story sounds interesting.

Is there a place on IMDb where you can see the movies listed by ratings? Just curious.

It is that bad. Watched on Netflix. Terrible direction, editing, scripting. Basically the actors stand around giving endless speeches.
