Who are the characters "Tramp" and "Wrestler"?

There are two characters uncredited in the movie but listed here on the IMDb. One is "Tramp" and the other "Wrestler". Who are they and where do we see either in the movie? I don't remember seeing either a tramp or a wrestler in the movie.

Anyone know who the grey-haired DI (or whatever rank he is) who we see with Bellaver in his first scene? The same guy shows up at the police station in some later scenes but never in the police chase. One starts with the guy saying "Just back from Croydon, guess what?" Bellaver responds saying "They got Hewitt off again" or something like that. I've often wondered whether this actor was a last minute stand-in for David Lodge because Lodge is credited but never appears in the movie. And this other fella I mentioned I think was called "Phil" by Bellaver at one point, though I could be wrong about this one.
