original SAMS SONG on DVD...UNCUT

well SAMS SONG is a much better film then LINE OF FIRE/THE SWAP, which is the film that was made by chopping up sams song and making a LOT of changes.

Even though this DVD is called THE SWAP it is in fact a dutch/german? dvd which has the ORIGINAL version of SAMS SONG on it and its an interesting film indeed, worth seeing and a nice addition to a de niro film collection.

Does this DVD work in the U.S.? If it doesn't, can you forward me a link where I can get this to work in the US?

You would have to buy a dvd player that is MULTI-REGION (can play dvds from anywhere in the world) or perhaps the one you have can be converted to multiregion, sometimes its very easy with just a few keypresses on your remote ... just google your make and model of dvd along with "make multi-region" to see.
