Cut scenes?

Okay, so for years I'd heard that there was at least one scene missing from the U.S. version of the movie. And of course there's this famous still from the movie:

Such a scene appears on no version of the movie I've seen (from TV, LD, DVD, and blu ray).

And there's a disparagement with runtimes. Some list 104 minutes (which sounds like the U.S. version). Others list 109 or 111 minute run times.

Has anyone out there perhaps seen the Italian version (Ehi Amico... C'e Sabata, Hai Chisuo!) to find out if there's a difference between it and our version (other than the title and language spoken, of course)?
