flamenco song?
Can anyone tell me what the song is that plays during the montage in which the Spanish soldiers massacre the Inca about 40 minutes in? I'm sure I've heard it somewhere, but I can find no information on it so far.

If we're talking about the scene where the Spaniards first encounter Atahaullpa and then massacre his guard in the courtyard, I do not think that is Yma Sumac. In the copy I viewed, it was a man singing. And yes, the music is familiar, but unfortunately I can’t place it. In my opinion, though, definitely *not* Sumac. While she had an incredible range, this just didn't sound at all like her to me.
Both this movie and the recent 2006 stage production directed by Trevor Nunn indicate that the original music is by Marc Wilkinson, but I can’t find an individual credit for that particular Andalúz-sounding piece.
