Have been looking for this particular movie for over 10 years.Where can I get a dvd or video copy?

I am pretty certain I got the DVD of this film from ioffer.com. Oddly enough, back in 2011 I made contact with Nicol Williamson's son (Eric, I think) through a website he monitored about his father. Eric had mentioned this was the only film of his father's they had not been able to track down. Without hesitation, I offered up my DVD of The Reckoning to them and mailed it off to Greece. Within several weeks I had received multiple autographed photos from Nicol, personally thanking me for the DVD. And just a few months later Nicol passed away. Such a brilliant actor, I highly recommend The Bofors Gun for one of his most electric performances.
