Does anyone know the exact place of the house?

Ramatuelle, Var, France,Alain Delon have house in that plcae,house from movie is very close to his house.Ask people in Ramatuelle,their knows :)

Very interesting- I too was taken in by the location. It reminded me of a home used in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. I've been planning a trip to Cote d'Azur for some time now. I keep getting sidetracked with the Dalmatian coast, though. My last three vacations were there.

The scenery alone is worth watching this movie. Have you been here yourself? do you know any good accommodations in this area?

I just watched Stanley Donen's 1967 film TWO FOR THE ROAD starring the sublime Audrey Hepburn and Albert Finney and there's a scene in a villa that hugely resembles the one used in LA PISCINE (who can ever forget such a glorious place?).
The Wiki page for TFTR lists Ramatuelle as one of the filming locations so I'd dare guess it is the same villa.

It is, indeed, the same pool at "Two For the Road" with Audrey Hepburn.
