Help finding a DVD

Hello All,
Just wondering if I have this right as I'm getting confused:

The only good quality DVD (Both French and English audio) is available from Amazon UK and was made by Optimum?
Thus region 2. Is there a definitive DVD cover or other characteristics I should be looking for to be sure to get the right one ?

I''m in the US and don't have a region free player (yet) and don't see that Optimum version (I think) on Amazon US ?
