Turner Classic Movies is showing it now!

After 40 years, I'm finally getting to see this film! Previously, I had read about it, and there are a couple of pictures in "Screen World", along with the cast listing. That has been it for me till now.

I had not seen it earlier on the cable guide. After I finished watching "They Wait" on Chiller Channel, I looked around~just in time to catch it! I've always been a James Darren fan and love seeing him in a role far away from his usual "Gidget" and "Time Tunnel".

I am sooooo happy that I bought blank tapes and had one ready! I got in late on "The Touchables" and caught only half; otherwise, this would have been a good start on a Swinging Sixties marathon tape! I hope to fit "Blow-Up" after it.

It wasn't even listed in my channel guide and yesterday TCM had "Venus in Furs" with Laura Antonelli listed as being on. I recorded it, only to find it was this film. As "Paroxismus" is also known as "Venus in Furs," the confusion is easily explained. I am quite pleased it turned out to be this film rather than the other, though i would still like to see that one.
