Was it mentioned they were apprehended before setting off to different parts of the world to sterilize the world's food supply?

edit- Actually I just watched it and I didn't notice any mention of it. I think it's safe to assume they were neutralized though.
They were basically receiving a long program of hypnosis at the "clinic". They would only go into action when they received the correct post-hypnotic prompt from the communication device hidden in the compacts they received as Christmas presents. When the clinic is blown up there's no way to receive the prompt, so they just go on about their lives. This is explained in the film, but very briefly.

shareIn the final hypnosis session before they left (when they were all together and were given the gifts) he gave them all a compact with a radio receiver, with which they were to make sure to be alone at 12 midnight every night to receive a message from him on the receiver. He also mentioned the poisoned bottle in the perfume case, which they were never to touch until he told them to. Since he was no longer there to send them further messages every night, they would not touch the contents of the vials.
In addition, Bond took photos of them on the board at Blofeld's office, so it wouldn't take long for him to get those photos out to the intelligence authorities across the world and apprehend the poisoned bottles from the rest of the ladies.
