Random bonus German dialogue

My version of The Bloody Judge had about a dozen instances of German being spoken out of nowhere for some reason for about a minute or less each time. What was the purpose of this?

Overall I feel this is a pretty legit historical horror and the infusion of Franco raunch dressing doesn't destroy it, even if it does become tedious and out of place at times. I can understand why Sir Chris Lee took issue with some of that because his performance was really good.

The reason it has segments in German is because the edited English language version (PG) was the only one shown in some countries and the fully restored version had to take it from the German prints. It runs almost 20 min. longer. Some prints are 84min, 94min. and the one I have is 103min.
