Reminds me of the 1973 film "The Baby"

Does anyone else see the resemblance (if you've seen "The Baby")? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0069754/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2
The film posters have the same title fonts, the soundtrack is that same 1970's stuff (I love that kind of music), the plots are similar and they seem like they should both be on a dual-DVD release together or something.

Reminded me of Jack Hill's indie B&W "Spider Baby", which was made in 1964, but -- due to some legal snafu -- didn't see a release until 1968.

Same here, also off-topic I love Spider Baby, hilarious and creative movie. I heard it was being remade but I'm not sure if that's still on the table.
