are proceeds/profits from the DVD sales also going to charity?

Or was it just the fees the event performers waived back in 1967? And if so, who's profiting from the box set, Criterion collection, etc?

I'm not asking to see any accounts or tax returns, but ever since I found out most charities keep up to 75 percent of donations to spend in "administrative" costs (some of which include business-class flights and six-figure salaries), I just can't take the word "charity" at face value anymore.

Plus, the foundation seems to be still active (http://montereyinternationalpopfestival.com/thefoundation), and I couldn't find much detail about funding sources in their website. What happens when someone buys the DVD from somewhere other than their official web store?
