Where to find?

Is it possible to see a copy of this with English options? I'm a big fan of Harry Kumel (especially Daughters of Darkness and The Arrival of Joachim Stiller) and would love to see this, as it appears to be his other major work. Are there any bootleg sites that sell it? Has it ever had an official release? Please help me out!
