Johanna **SPOILERS**

I've two questions about Johanna, firstly, why does the syndicate want her dead? Secondly, why does she call the police and tell them about the bank robbery? For the 2nd questions, does she want Bruno to get shot/arrested, allowing her and Franz to escape and be free of him and the syndicate and as for the first, do they want her killed so Franz will have nothing to stop him joining them full-time?

By the way I think this is superior to Breathless but can understand why people think it's a pale imitation.
