I have never seen this film before, looking forward to watching it.

Just finished watching it on TCM now. I'd seen it before, but it was a long time ago. Excellent film.

On today 1/20/14 tcm

Its on TCM right now. Ive seen ot before but never really paid attention. I like it so far.
The young man that gets a job at the brothel looks like Tito Jackson.

I just watched this movie today..never seen it before but had heard about it. Good movie. Liked the fact there were no big names in it..I've seen some of the actors before.

Nice way to end a Thursday night.

Almost none of the actors in this film had great careers.
The only actor among the blacks who had any kind of career was RICHARD WARD.
He was in films with Anthony Quinn (ACROSS 110TH ST), Barbra Streisand, (FOR PETE'S SAKE) his last feature was BRUBAKER
with Robert Redford.

My wife & I met him back in 1974 we 3 were in the same restaurant , we saw him in a TV play on PBS the night before, so we went over to say hello.
Very nice man. I'm Sorry I didn't have a camera with me that day.

His performance as Doc Johnson in Across 110th Street was incredible! He was great in the Learning tree too!

Never heard of it or saw it before today! I really loved it! Broke my heart plenty of times though. :'(
