Tricky question. Both versions were put together concurrently by their own respective countries, so technically their is no such thing as an "uncut" version. And while the US version runs the longest because it has the most footage, that doesn't mean the Japanese version is "cut", it was just edited differently (Japanese version has footage not on the US edit and vice versa).
