I had heard this was a cult film for being terrible

My Lord. It was incredible. In the beginning, as Peter O'Toole is singing, or trying to, and it was kind of awkward, but soon enough I realized the musical was all for Clark, and then by the end I'm like, wow, this was one of his best performances... The character being nothing like he was in real life...
