Unseen chief

Anyone else find him kind of underwhelming? When we first see him fight he does some weird hand movements, just to mess with people I guess. But he was still kinda built up as this mysterious fighter, and in the end he just whips out a sword.

Also the guys wielding spiked wheels were one of the funniest parts of this movie.
