I am not sure where you live but it is on movies4men (UK) at the moment so if you live in the UK, you could record it. Others have suggested Amazon, but I do not recall it being released (maybe in bootlegs...).

It truly is a gem. If it was a big-budget, high-profile film from the USA it would be considered a classic.

Update: ''Wild East released the film on a Limited Edition NTSC Region 0 DVD double feature with Churchill's Leopards in 2007.''
