Charro! starring Elvis Presley has been shown on Turner Classic Movies (TCM) and was syndicated on television. I have seen it on television in the US in syndication in the 1970s and on TCM. It was available on VHS tape in the US and was released for the first time on DVD in 2007 by Warner Bros. in a restored, widescreen version. The movie was also released in France, Belgium, the UK, and Japan. Charro!, which means "horseman" in Spanish, is a movie that deserves greater appreciation and wider exposure.

The movie has been lost in Elvis' filmography because it's so different for him; it's not the type of work that people associate with him
