Would Love To See A Remake

The racism experienced by the black soldiers of WWII, or pretty much every war through to the end of Vietnam, is a powerful theme for any story. Along with the mission tasked to this ragtag outfit, I think it's sufficient for a quality remake, a la Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers.

It's unfortunate the version of this movie I saw had terrible sound quality, but there were obviously many other issues besides that, like the 1970s slang. What a cast though. I have to say I enjoyed it for what it was.
