the grestest entrance in filmdom

I know when it comes to a character introduction, everyone says Omar Sharif in Lawrence of Arabia. But for my money, Henry Fonda's intro in this film. The photography, direction, setting and that wonderful music by Morricone. The planets aligning for the perfect set piece. Majestic and unforgettable. .

Bronson's "2 horses too many" scene preceding Fonda's is IMO a classic!

Yep, classic line.

The boot with the gun scene is also something you never forget.

Yes! great and memorably scene.. quickly establishing Frank's cold-blooded character.

It's a masterfully done scene, no question about it. However, Harmonica's introduction is mighty epic, easily my favorite in the film.

Jason Robard’s entrance in the saloon is pretty great too, all theee characters had brilliant introductions.
