I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie, as I was away from NYC and was glad to see a movie featuring the city. But more than that, over the years I really came to appreciate what a superb cast was assembled for this movie, which made it so great. It's one of the best comedy/romance movies made.
shareI loved it too. I love the whole Sixties feel to it. I didn't think there was huge amounts of chemistry between Jack Lemmon and Catherine Deneuve. I thought she was a bit cold really. But I thoroughly enjoyed it too. 8 out of 10.

It is an amazing cast, though I have to say the result is somewhat less than the sum of its parts. Still, it's fun, carefree viewing with strong performances, colorful scenery and snappy dialogue. 7/10 stars from me.
