Specific Bert and Ernie picture

Okay this is worth a try to ask here since I have no idea where to ask....

I'm trying to find this specific picture of Bert and Ernie.

The picture shows Bert standing on the stool with word of body parts written on the note cards that stuck on some parts of Bert's body. I remember one said HEAD on top of Bert's forehead.

Another thing I remember that Ernie was holding a yellow book in one hand and a stick on other hand pointing to specific body part.

It was on blue background.

I been trying find that picture everywhere (eBay, Google search and etc) and I could not find it.

Hopefully someone remember the picture that I'm trying to find.
