Did you see it when the cleaner's teeth fell out??

In A Near Greek Tragedy (Series 1), two cleaners are arguing with Potter in the corridor. As one of them says something, her false teeth fall out and she starts laughing. Judging by the reactions of the others and the fact that she was SAYING a funny line when it happened (ie, the slapstick moment would have trodden on the joke) it would seem it was unplanned. The cleaner herself cracks up - it's a hilarious moment! This brilliant show seems to have been made entirely from first takes, what with fluffed lines, wobbly walls and actors standing still for five seconds waiting for their cue!
