I am watching on Warner's Archive this movie or made for TV. I was wondering why the actor who played Dr. Joe Gannon (Richard Bradford) didn't sign on for the show Medical Center? I thought phasing Edward G. Robinson's role was smart because he was in the first actual TV show with Chad Everett as Dr. Joe Gannon.

Shelley Fabares plays the girlfriend of Dr. Gannon in the movie. She has a sexy scene running on the beach in a bikini! What a body! I've watched that scene in slo-mo so many times!
