And tambourine player for Buck Owens in the 1977 season (and maybe others). She bears a striking resemblance to Irlene Mandrell but I think it is someone else. I have not been able to find her on the credits or anywhere online so far.

I've been trying to find out as well. The episodes airing now are from the 1978-79 season and she is there in the pickin' and grinnin' segments as well as the all jug band skits but not in Buck's band.
shareGuessing you're talking about Gunilla Hutton, the one also dressed as a nurse on the Hee Haw page cover photo here with Archie Campbell, and the one in the following link. She was the only actual singer in the "jug band" on Hee Haw. The others were actresses. She does look like a Mandrell sister.
