Granted she was a nasty character, but she was also lonely as we see in the time machine episode. Maybe her nastiness was a front for anxiety. She was so afraid of people not liking her that she made absolutely sure they didn't so she'd at least know what to expect. Just a thought.
shareWitchiepoo was such a 2-dimensional cartoonish character, I think no one need dwell on her emotional life. I doubt the creators of the show thought much about her back story or feelings. (I know I didn't -- I just wanted to sigh over Jack Wild.)
