Did those four guys associate with each other after work?

Do you think those four guys were best buds, or they just got along because they had too? Do you think after a hard days work, Dick said to the others, "Come on, let's go get a beer?" or something to that effect? I could certainly see Klunk and Zilly hanging out together...

well D&M are buds i'm not sure bout Klunk and Zilly

In one of the Magnificent Muttley segments, DD went with Klunk and Zilly to a movie while Muttley had to wash the dishes. So I guess there was a bit of social interaction.

Dick was pretty rotten to everybody! But he's still a likabl;e guy at heart.
