Circus Special With Bixby and Cruz

Can anyone tell me if they remember seeing a TV special featuring Bill Bixby and Brandon Cruz which was aired around the same time as "The Courtship of Eddie's Father"? They essentially played the same roles, but on this special they went to Budapest, Hungary. A short tour of the city was shown and the balance of the program was filmed during a performance of the Hungarian State Circus.
