Reminds me of Curb Your Enthusiasm

Picked up the Season 1 DVD today never having seen the show before. I'm enjoying it.

Although Kincaid is nothing like Larry David, his adventures and the people he encounters reminds me of CYE. Far more calm though.

It's very much like "Curb Your Enthusiasm," or "Seinfeld" by extension without the large ensemble cast. I like this show because it's so unpredictable and unclassifiable – and it doesn't have a laugh track, so we aren't being spoon-fed anything.
