I really enjoyed Bill´s work as dr Huxtable and I was looking forward to seeing the first ep of this show. But what on earth is this crap? Is it supposed to be funny? It´s not! Is it even geared towards adults? Waste of time. Bill must have already been a household name if they let him do a show this bad.

Of course he was a household name! What's does that have to do with this series and what makes you think it wasn't for kids?
shareCosby had already won three Emmys, co-starred in I SPY and sold hundreds of thousands of comedy albums. He was able start writing his own ticket and NBC did give him some creative control over this series.
