Maybe not, but Benny Hill himself will reincarnate some day (sooner or later, we all have to), so I bet it's possible that he will be a lot like Benny Hill.

Of course we choose different personalities etc. for every incarnation, so no one will ever be completely identical. Plus, we learn from each incarnation, so we are very different people before and after an incarnation.. it changes us, sometimes profoundly.

So, perhaps you are right, perhaps not, but Benny Hill will always exist. Maybe not with that name, though..
